What we collect
Only what a driver needs to collect you and what we need to confirm the day: your name, email, phone and WhatsApp number, your accommodation in Brașov, the date, the number of guests, the stops you chose and anything you tell us in the notes field. We do not ask for identification documents and we never store card details on our systems.
Why we hold it
To answer your request, run your trip, and keep the records Romanian tax law requires of a transport operator. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list from a booking request.
Who else sees it
The driver assigned to your day sees your name, pickup address and phone number. Our hosting and database providers process the data on our behalf under contract. Nobody else receives it unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Requests that never become bookings are deleted after twelve months. Completed bookings are kept for as long as accounting rules require, then deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected, or have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. Write to us with your booking reference and we will act within 30 days.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The planner remembers your day in the address bar, not in a profile of you.
