Terms of service
1. What we provide
A private day trip from Brașov: one vehicle, one driver, and the itinerary you agreed with us. The vehicle carries 1–4 guests and is priced per vehicle, not per person. Pickup and drop-off are at the accommodation address you give us.
Our drivers are drivers, not licensed guides. They know the region well and are glad to talk about it, but guided commentary inside museums and castles is not part of the service.
2. Booking and confirmation
Sending the form on our site is a request, not a confirmed booking, and nothing is charged at that point. Your day is booked once we reply confirming the driver, the vehicle and the pickup time. Every booking carries a reference in the form TT-260812-4837, and quoting it is the fastest way to reach the right day in our system.
3. Prices and payment
Prices shown are in euro, per vehicle, for the itinerary and date you built. They include the vehicle, the driver, fuel, and pickup and return from your accommodation. They exclude entrance tickets, food and personal expenses, which you pay directly on the day.
A materially different day — extra stops, a much later finish — may change the price. We tell you before it does.
4. Timings
Every time we show is indicative. Traffic, weather, roadworks and how long you linger all move a day around, and your driver adjusts with you. Attraction opening hours are checked when your itinerary is built but are set by the attractions and can change without notice.
5. Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your pickup time and date. Inside 24 hours a booking cannot be cancelled and the full price remains due. The full policy, including changes and no-shows, is on the cancellations page.
6. Your responsibilities
Please be ready at the agreed time and address, carry valid identification, wear seatbelts, and follow your driver's instructions on safety. Children must travel in an appropriate seat; tell us their ages in advance and we will fit one at no charge. Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle.
A driver may end a day, without refund, where behaviour is unsafe, unlawful or abusive, or where a guest is not fit to travel.
7. Personal belongings and lost property
Your belongings remain your responsibility throughout the day. We do not accept responsibility for items lost, left behind, damaged or stolen — in the vehicle, at a stop, or anywhere else during your trip. Please do not leave valuables unattended in the car.
If something is left behind, tell us as soon as you can and we will look and hold anything found for 14 days. Return by courier is possible at your cost. We cannot guarantee that an item will be found.
8. Liability
We carry the insurance required of a licensed passenger transport operator in Romania, and we are responsible for the safe operation of the vehicle. Beyond that we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights, missed connections, missed accommodation or lost enjoyment arising from delays outside our control such as traffic, weather, road closures, strikes or an attraction closing unexpectedly.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the price paid for the trip.
Travel insurance is your responsibility and we strongly recommend it.
9. Law
These terms are governed by Romanian law, and the courts of Romania have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are unhappy with anything, write to us first — most things are solved in one email.
